"Human "is a composite of body, mind and spirit, though some people will say that it comprises of body and soul, which ever way it may be, the human body is a highly sophiscated organized body engineered , and created in a unique way by Almighty God, with different micro and macro molecules, cells, tissues, organs and System that all work in tandem to ensuring efficiency. God as a super architect designed the body and put a special monitoring system called "BODY CLOCK"
Body clock is a monitoring system of every human species body , this system is connected to the sense organs to the main centre called the "Brain or Brain stem " . It is pertinent to note that all the molecules, cells, tissues , organs and systems in the body receive stimulus every milli seconds and minutes by the help of nerve ending or sensory nerve receptor which are neurones, these cordination can be nervous cordination. The neurones which are small and tiny keep firing their impules, sending electirical signal to and fro the body to maintain transduction and transmission of information The body also work with chemical messengers Called hormones, which are endocrine and some other exocrine substance, all these chemical substance send their own impulses, some are released for a function , some for excretory purposes in order to keep the body in good communcation .

However, it is important to know that human body though serving as a biological clock also has similarities with our mechanical clock that keep time in our house . It can be digital and analogue clock we wear for time keeping purposes . Like the mechanical clocks which uses battery or mechanical means to regulate it function , it all requires maintenance and proper usage inorder to be able to give proper time and efficiency. This can be done in many ways such as ensuring that it is proper hanged, that the users instruction was followed, the battery is okay for it and is changed when needed. When proper maintenance is not ensured, the clock indicate in many ways like the little hand not going well, going little and stop, the indicator hand not going at all or going front and back are all the way the battery tells us that something is not okay with it modus operandi, sometimes, allowing battery to decay and not fixing a damage part will induce those afore mentioned signs and with time , it will bring the clock to halt.
Furthermore, our body function like this mechanical clock, our cells, tissues, organs and system work assiduously to ensure that the efficiency of the body is maintained at a high percentage, but as a more sophiscated body, the human body had a lot of back up which God added to enable the body cope and adapt to a lot of changes in it environment. I will continue with this question : have you asked our self why some people fall sick easily, and others don't, why many educated people don't fall sick when compared to non educated ones, why do rich people don't fall sick so often unless hit hard by a strong disease but poor people fall sick easily ?. The answers or some of the answers to this questions is simple " UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY AND BIOLOGICAL CLOCK "
WHAT IS UNDERSTANDING ONE BIOLOGICAL CLOCK
It simply means one ability to study and know his or her body monitoring information system and find out how it work and be able to interpret all the information it reveal to him or her. It involves the willingness to know what the body want for better efficiency, to know what to do to avoid putting the body at risk , what to avoid to or the action to take when the body send a negative signal to you.
HOW TO IDENTIFY BODY BIOLOGICAL CLOCK LANGUAGE OR SIGNAL
To be able to interpret or understand or even identify the body biological clock language or signal, one has to be someone that has time or can bring out time for him or herself , he or she must be someone that is willing to understand that life is wealth, life is precious, you must be someone that values his life and another person life. If all these conditions are met, your half away from acheiving this . The body biological clock language or signal can comes as signs and symptoms which can be felt physically, emotionally, or can be spiritually correlated because the body, mind and spirit have a connectivity.
PHYSCIAL SIGNS
These can be visualized or felt as a medical conditions like : headache, depression, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, itching, sores, coughing, allergic reaction, hyper sensitivity, redness of a part of body , irritation, inflammation , anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, and other medical visible and invisible signs which don't occur normally or which one don't witness all time. It is important to know that some of this signs can be triggered. By stress, some body condition like pregnancy, doing much acitivity for a particular time but what matters here is the ability to understand that the body is trying to pass a message accross, or tell you something, it is true that the body has some natural Compensatory mechanism that always try to neutralized the constraint or changes, but we should aware that over working the body can be highly disastrous because the body system has interconnectivity, whereby the malfunction of a part can shut down the other parts unless detected and fixed on time.
EMOTIONAL SIGNS
They can be nervousness, hallucination, diffculty in sleeping, social disturbance, anxiety, loss of cordination, dis orientation in speech and motor ability and other emotional instablity and upsets
SPIRITUAL SIGNS
Some of these can seen as an interconnection of physcial and emotional or mind , some of them manifest as fear, lukewarm, indifferent ,Some can manifest to dream even , even with hallucination and superstitious tendency.
HOW TO REDUCE OR PREVENT THE NEGATIVE BODY BIOLOGICAL CLOCK SIGNS OR LANGUAGE
# Maintain a high personal hygeine at all time
# Be cautious of what you eat or drink,some food are not meant to be taken much or at all by a particular age group, and some drink should not be taken much or at all, young people should be cautious of alcohol and fatty foods, much starchy food should be replace with proteinous food, and food rich in vitamins and minerals. Middle age and old people should be concern about fatty food and starchy food too .
# Develop the habit of doing a medical check up on your body when you suspect any of those signs your body is not used to, always try to do these on time or probably the time the signs or the signal comes because a stitch in time saves nine
# Initiate exercise that will suit your body, a simple aerobic exercise like press up, road walk and morning fitness exercise is vital to the body. Exercise is vital because it help to make the body fit, agile, open up close blood vessels, loosen the joint, promote blood flow, activate loose and weak neurone, make the body flexible and strong
# Reduce or avoid sedentry life style " a life style of less activity of the body " engage in daily activity that is healthy for the body, don't stay one place, or over pamper the body, let your body do some useful and active work, allow it to generate heat , allow the cells, tissues and organs to be actively involved, go out and have a walk, go to the stadium to watch ball, go to party and dance the sweat off, burn the fat, sing and dance for the lord in the church, smile off your worries, laugh it out loud, go out and hook up with friends, that is what it takes not to be sedentry .
# Never over due any activity, your body has an elastic limit like elastic material, don't over stress your body, break your fast everyday, don't over fast or starve your body in the name of fasting, if you suspect you will have a stressful day, plan on how to eat well or have a timed break and never continue any activity when your feeling dizzy and weak
# Learn the habit of taking water, water is a food class that is higly vital and indispensable for life, because of it numerous role it plays , the heart pumps about 5.5 litres of blood daily and this concentrated blood need to be aided by water to promote it easy movement in the blood vessel, the role of water in neutralizing body toxin which are waste cannot be over emphasized, water therapy works, take up to 3 litres or more of water daily.
